The staff here could not have been more helpful or kind. It’s rare to find a laundromat with such friendly and attentive employees- they truly care about their customers. Their equipment is top notch and the place is spotless. The service is excellent, the pricing is well-structured, and most importantly, the facilities are incredibly clean. Many machines are tagged as “employees only”, to make it worse they almost always use more than half of all machines for drop off service (including machines not marked for employees). As you wait there for a long time to get a machine. I have used their wash and fold and self-serve and both are excellent. A quick wash is a 25 minute cycle and our regular cycles range between 30 and 35 minutes. Their dry cleaning services are also top notch, the best in the neighborhood and I’ve tried them all when I first moved here.
